  • (1) Oversee the implementation of compliance policies and procedures, including the operation of the risk-based approach. Carry out regular assessments of the adequacy of systems and controls to ensure that risks are managed effectively. Ensure that policies are updated to meet changing regulatory and business requirements
  • (2) Oversee licensing applications in various jurisdictions where the Exchange has a business, and conduct strategic planning for the licensing application
  • (3) Liaise with various of governmental organizations and plan the group’s overall government relations with regulators, central banks and other significant/influential institutions
  • (4) Manage multiple compliance program activities in one or multiple locations with minimal supervision.
  • (5) Manage multiple highly complex compliance matters with minimal supervision.
  • (6) Develop, maintain and update compliance policies and procedures, for multiple compliance activities, including drafting and reviews to ensure compliance with SEC regulations and TAM practices.
  • (7) Develop, lead and manage compliance program responsibilities including monitoring, testing, annual reviews, and tracking.
  • (8) Direct and manage compliance projects and initiatives involving business line senior managers; provide compliance guidance and advice.
  • (9) Develop and lead internal compliance reporting and escalation.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master degree in business or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant work experience in the investment management industry or equivalent professional experience with at least 5 years of experience in compliance or related field at a supervisory or management level
  • Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Strong project management skills
  • Provide leadership in achieving project goals
  • Advanced understanding of the insurance and/or securities laws and the impact on company operations
  • Experience working across various levels of an organization
  • Experience with PowerPoint, or MS project tools
  • Native speaker of English


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
  • Passion for the business and their mission
  • Experience working in a global team
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is desirable, but not necessary
  • Other European languages are desirable…
